1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Beewty (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and must provide accurate information. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
3. Community content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post, and grant Beewty a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display them on the Platform. You must not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, infringing or sexually explicit. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Bookings and orders
Beewty connects customers with independent professionals, businesses, brands and schools. Bookings and orders are requests sent directly to the provider. Providers are solely responsible for their services, products, prices, availability and fulfilment. Payment is arranged between the customer and the provider; Beewty does not currently process payments.
5. Business listings
Businesses must provide truthful information about their services, qualifications, products and prices, and comply with all applicable laws, licences and health and safety rules in their country.
6. Subscriptions
Free, Basic, Advance and Advance Plus plans are described on the Pricing page. Paid plans are activated after a subscription request; billing terms will be confirmed with you before activation. Features may change over time.
7. AI beauty assistant
The AI assistant provides general beauty information only. It is not medical, dermatological or professional advice. Always patch-test products and consult a qualified professional for skin or health concerns.
8. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beewty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, services or products of third-party providers.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
